Please read our terms and conditions carefully. They apply to all purchases from Firebird Arts & Music.
Ordering
To order on line from Firebird Arts & Music web site complete the details required and click the order send button. Or if preferred you can order by telephone at (800) 752-0494 between 9am-6pm Pacific Standard. If you have any problems or need advice we will be only too pleased to help and advise you.
Shipping & Postage
A delivery charge of $5.00 will be made on all orders. This covers USPS shipping up to 1 pound. Order over a pound will be shipped in a flat rate box $9.00, or UPS ground. Additional charges for shipping will be billed to the customer.
International Orders will be billed twice, once for the product, and once for the shipping.
Acceptance of Order
Once we have received your order we will e-mail you with confirmation of your order. Order usually take two weeks to process. If goods are out of stock we will let you know. Payment will be accepted by credit and debit cards, please note that we will only deliver goods to the billing address. Once an order has been accepted by us it will be a binding agreement between us. Payment will be taken at time of order. If you decide to cancel your order this must be done within seven days of placing your initial order. If goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged. The delivery fee is non-refundable and you are responsible for the cost of the return. This does not apply if the goods have a manufacturing fault.
Delivery
Standard shipment is either by USPS or UPS Ground. Alternate shipping can be requested.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 3 days, if we have already dispatched the goods, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them, unopened and in good condition.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product we will refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase providing the goods are returned undamaged and in the original packaging, together with your receipt.
Any items returned must be in the original condition that you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact. If you wish to exchange an item(s) you have to cover the cost of the return postage and there will be an additional postal charge for the replacement item(s). If you are returning an item to us for a refund you must cover the cost of postage back to us. There will be a 20% restocking fee on undamaged merchandise. If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will refund the cost of any postage due.
You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you obtain proof of postage.
Descriptions
Descriptions are as accurate as possible but colours of images may vary slightly on photographs. Also design specifications may change slightly from time to time, as do colors on fabric and fleece. |
