Viking Bowman Bowmen were the artillery of the early Middle Ages, and could be used effectively out to a range of about 200 meters. Like most cutting and stabbing weapons the bow had evolved, and remained in daily use, as a weapon for hunting, but it could equally be used in war. This figure includes the following accessories: Fur Trim Coat - Made with wood & cotton. Fur Trim Cap - Cap reproduced in fur. Realistic Knitted Hair. Arrow - Made with metal & wood. Bow - The bow is fully functional just like the real thing. Axe- Made with metal & wood. Sax - Made with metal. Drink Horn. Quiver. Shoes. Each article of clothing from choice of fabric; weight, color and patterns, to weapons and equipments has been painstakingly researched and reproduced from museum quality pieces for accurate historical representation.
