Sand everything smooth.
Start with a relatively coarse sandpaper, 150-200 grit, then down to 400.
Final sanding can be done with sanding sponges. 3M makes several finishing grades. These are good for getting into the hard to reach places on the model.
Take special care to feather the edges of the areas of epoxy into the adjoining plastic.
You may want to sand, then apply a coat of primer. The first primer coat should expose any trouble spot, that can then be touched up, sanded and primed again.
